During the exhibition, September 27-29, 2021, attendees can visit booth S-7239 in the Upper South Hall of Las Vegas Convention Centre, to see a live demonstration of the innVision system.

Las Vegas will host PACK EXPO Las Vegas and Healthcare Packaging Expo on September 27-29, 2021, at Las Vegas Convention Center.

The event produced by PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, is a great opportunity to re-engage with the industry, see the latest innovations, and find solutions directly from experts at the most comprehensive packaging and processing event in the world in 2021.

On this occasion, more than 1,500 exhibitors will showcase the latest new materials, technologies and solutions to address the packaging and processing needs of over 20,000 attendees from over 40 vertical markets.

For its part, Safe Load Testing Technologies, brings its international experience in packaging engineering and transport simulation aimed at problem solving and optimizing packaging systems in order to meet the needs of the market in terms of cost savings, regulatory compliance, cargo protection and circular economy requirements.

Furthermore, during the Expo, Safe Load TT will present an innovative solution for recording and analyzing load deformation, the innVision.

innVision at distribution packaging service

The innVision solutions have been created to help companies optimize their unit loads. Thus, they can be used for in-house quality control tests, to measure load stability or to comply with major test procedures or standards, such as EUMOS 40509.

The innVision is a leading and unique solution in the market applied to transport simulation technologies

The innVision family is composed of two high-speed artificial vision systems and a software, the innVision ST and the innVision PRO, that are able to analyze deformation in real time, generating an automatic report showing the deformation of the unit load at any given moment.

This facilitates the analysis process while avoiding human error during stability, impact, drop or tilt testing under laboratories conditions.

The main advantage of this solution is the high-speed cameras used to record load deformation second by second. After analysis of the images, it is possible to see the deformation of the unit load frame by frame and generate a video to view the entire test.

During the exhibition, the solution will be located at booth S-7239 at the Upper South Hall.

Safe Load Testing Technologies Technical Manager, Antonio Madrigal, and Product Development Manager, Manuel García-Romeu, will be at the booth, willing to provide more information about the innVision and the high-value services offered by the company.
