Inclined impact tester
Simulates the horizontal shocks and impacts that affects stability and safety of the load, produced by various means of handling and transportation.
Inclined impact system models
The Inclined Impact Tester comes in 3 different models regarding the maximum testing load, the platform sizes and the maximum impact velocity.
> SF-HII1500 can handle test items weighing up to 1.500kg with a maximum impact velocity of 2.5 meter per second;
> SF-HII800 supports loads up to 800kg with a maximum impact velocity of 2.5 meter per second;
> SF-HII500 can handle test items weighing up to 500kg with a maximum impact velocity of 1.5 meter per second.
To reach the impact speed, the carriage is released from a certain distance to the impact surface and accelerates due to gravity. The inclination of the steel track is 10º.
The system is an electrical machine which has an intuitive controller and a touch screen controller.
Inclined impact tests supported by these machines:
> ASTM D4169-16 Standard practice for performance testing of shipping containers and systems.
> ISTA Procedures 1A, B, C, E, G, H; 2A, B, C; 3B, E, K; 4 Series; 6-FEDEX-B; 6-SAMSCLUB, 6-AMAZON.COM.
