Inclined impact system models

The Inclined Impact Tester comes in 5 different models regarding the maximum testing load, the platform sizes and the maximum impact velocity.

> SF-HII2000 can handle test items weighing up to 2000 kg with a maximum impact velocity of 2.5 meter per second.

SF-HII1500 can handle test items weighing up to 1.500 kg with a maximum impact velocity of 2.5 meter per second;

> SF-HII100 supports loads up to 1.000 kg with a maximum impact velocity of 2.5 meter per second;

> SF-HII800 supports loads up to 800 kg with a maximum impact velocity of 2.5 meter per second;

 > SF-HII500 can handle test items weighing up to 500 kg with a maximum impact velocity of 1.5 meter per second.

 

To reach the impact speed, the carriage is released from a certain distance to the impact surface and accelerates due to gravity. The inclination of the steel track is 10º.

The system is an electrical machine which has an intuitive controller and a touch screen controller.
