Advanced vertical vibration testing for packaging and product validation

Wide frequency range for maximum flexibility

Available in configurations up to 500 Hz, the system offers exceptional versatility for packaging, product, and component testing. It delivers accurate vibration reproduction across a broad frequency spectrum, from low-frequency transportation events as low as 0.5 Hz—typical of road and rail transportation—to high-frequency micro-vibrations associated with air freight and conveyor handling. This wide operating range enables realistic simulation of diverse distribution environments while maintaining stable and repeatable test performance.

    Hydraulic vibration system

The hydraulic vibration system generates controlled vertical motion with high repeatability across the operating frequency range. Multiple configurations are available to accommodate different force requirements, stroke lengths, and expander sizes.

    Vibration controller

The vibration research controller serves as the interface between the user and the vibration system, allowing operators to configure, execute, and monitor vibration tests. It supports standard procedures, PSD-based profiles, and recorded field data, providing accurate control and repeatable test execution.

    Integrated isolation system

A dual isolation structure — combining a steel seismic mass, pneumatic levelling mounts, and shock absorbers — minimizes unwanted vibrations and external noise.

This design provides superior stability, protects the machine components, and guarantees that the vibrations measured correspond solely to the test sample, not the environment.

Customizable vertical vibration systems and expandable testing solutions

Safe Load Testing Technologies designs customized vibration systems that adapt to each customer’s testing needs. The innWave platform can be configured with various table sizes, load capacities, and frequency ranges, making it ideal for industries ranging from packaging and logistics to automotive, aerospace, and consumer goods.

In addition, the system is fully expandable — it can integrate the Pitch & Roll Module to perform 3-axis vibration simulations, or be installed inside a climate chamber to recreate real-world environmental conditions during transport. This modular approach allows companies to start with a standard configuration and later upgrade their system as their testing needs evolve.
