We are proud to announce the opening of a new Technical Support Office in the United States
With the aim of strengthening our global customer service, Safe Load Testing Technologies and Mondragon Assembly join forces by opening a Technical Service Office in Chicago, adding a new milestone to our business history.
Paying close attention to requests from our U.S. clientele and due to the growth in business over the past few years, we decided to open a new Technical Support Office.
Together with our Commercial Office based in California, the new office will enable us to respond more quickly and efficiently to the growing needs of our U.S. and Canada – based customers, thus providing them with the highest level of service.

Alberto Tellechea, CEO of Safe Load Testing Technologioes, recently visited the facility and met with Mondragon Assembly staff to launch the technical support service.

Kevin McIntosh – Chicago Office Manager
Kevin McIntosh is responsible for the new Safe Load Testing Technologies Technical Support Office. He has more than 40 years of experience in vibration and acoustic testing- Serving most recently as the Vice President, General Manager of Test Systems for the NVT Group- Data Physics, Lansmont, and Team Corporation.
”Located in Chicago, this new office will allow us to offer a local, closer and more personalized service and support to our customers and potential customers both in the United States and Canada.
Besides this new U.S. location, Safe Load Testing Technologies is present worldwide through Mondragon production plants and our distributors in Turkey, China and Japan. In addition to having an important presence in Europe through our offices and distributors in Spain, France, Hungary and Poland.
