Safe Load Testing Technologies signs a partnership agreement with W5 Engineering to offer packaging testing solutions in the U.S. and Canada.
Safe Load Testing Technologies continues to expand its commercial presence thanks to the agreement signed with W5 Engineering.
W5 Engineering has over 20 years of experience in the test equipment and measurement systems market, and specializes in the representation of high-tech equipment from leading international brands.
The U.S. company has incorporated Safe Load TT solutions to its portfolio, which are capable of reproducing physical and mechanical hazards that occur during transportation. In addition, all equipment complies with testing standards, including ISTA, ASTM, ISO, EN or EUMOS, providing maximum test accuracy and reliability.
This new partnership will strengthen Safe Load Testing Technologies’ distribution network. As an official distributor of Safe Load TT products, W5 Engineering will provide customers with all the technical information about the solutions, assistance at all stages of the project and maintenance services.

W5 Engineering has several experienced representatives on the East Coast, West Coast, Central U.S. and Canada providing local sales and support services to Safe Load customers in North America.
Among them is Kevin McIntosh, Sr VP Reliability Test Systems for the Western Coast.
Kevin has over 40 years of experience in acoustic and vibration testing. Serving most recently as Vice President, General Manager of test systems for NVT Group- Data Physics, Lansmont and Team Corporation.
Kevin spent 23 years working at Team Corporation in a variety of positions, most of which were in technical sales and service for servo-hydraulic vibration test systems. In addition, he has 16 years of experience in the electrodynamic shaker business through leadership positions at Data Physics, and was a Vibration Product Line Manager at Lansmont Corporation for one year.
Kevin is a member of several working groups within the industry that define specifications and recommended practices for vibration testing and qualification. He is currently the Chairman of the IEST DTE-009 shake table selection working group and holds the position of Senior Vice President – Reliability Test Systems at W5 Engineering representing Safe Load Testing Technologies in the U.S. and Canada.
